Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. squash (2 cans), 1 small jar pimento, 2 small onions, chopped, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm dressing mix (herb) and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash in salted water.
Drain and mash.
Add remainder of ingredients, except half the dressing mix.
Mix well. Mix remainder dressing mix with 1 stick soft oleo.
Line baking dish with dressing mixture; reserve small amount to sprinkle on top. Fill dish with squash.
Cover with reserved dressing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
