Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. cooked squash, 1 small jar pimentos, 1 small grated onion, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain squash and mix with other vegetables, soup and sour cream.
Prepare stuffing with margarine.
Reserve some for topping and line bottom of casserole dish with remaining mixture.
