Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 can chicken soup, 1 stick butter and 1 large carrot, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash, mash and season.
Add sour cream, soup, butter, carrot, onion and add herb seasoning, crumbled.
Spoon into well-greased casserole dish, size 9 x 12-inch.
Spread a few herb seasoning crumbs to top.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
