Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1/2 stick oleo, 2 lb. squash, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash until tender in salt water.
Saute onions in part of the oleo; do not brown.
Drain squash.
Mix other ingredients. Grease baking dish with butter.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Add the mixture and the squash.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
