Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, sliced, 1 c. grated carrots, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup and 1/2 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice squash and onion.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, soup, carrots and milk.
Stir until creamy.
Melt butter in pan and add seasoning packet from stuffing mix.
Simmer about 10 minutes and add croutons.
Sprinkle croutons on bottom of pan. Add squash and onion to creamy mixture.
Pour in pan on croutons. Sprinkle some croutons on top and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
