Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, garlic salt, grated onion, 1 1/2 c. wisconsin cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash until tender in salted water.
Drain and mash through ricer.
Add garlic salt, onion, cheese, cracker crumbs and milk.
Grease dish.
Put ingredients in dish and place 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
