Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. squash, 1 large onion, 2 c. american cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain and smash. Add cheese, milk and butter.
Add eggs, salt and pepper.
You can add cream of mushroom soup, if you like.
Sprinkle stuffing on bottom of dish, then pour mixture on top.
Make 3 layers.
For top layer, sprinkle stuffing on top, melt some margarine and pour on top of stuffing.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
