Squash Casserole

Made with 2 c. cooked, mashed yellow squash (1 lb.), 1 small onion, grated, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook squash; mash and drain.
Combine squash, onion, sour cream and soup.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and top with stuffing that has been mixed with melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
