Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, melted, 1 large skillet of cornbread, crumbled, 1 large green pepper and onion, 2 c. cooked, mashed squash and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Crumble cornbread; mix with melted butter.
Cook squash with onion and green pepper.
Mash squash.
Add sour cream, soup and sugar.
Put 1/2 of cornbread mixture in the bottom of the pan. Add the squash mixture and the rest of cornbread on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 or 40 minutes, or until brown.
