Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 carrots, grated, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook together, drain and mash the squash, onion and carrots. Mix together soup and sour cream, then add to mashed mixture.
Put layer of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then a layer of squash mixture.
Next, drizzle butter over.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
