Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked squash, drained, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 2 to 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix eggs, squash, onion, soup, cheese, salt, pepper and butter and put in 2-quart greased casserole.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cracker crumbs on top.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until firm.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
