Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked yellow squash, 2 tsp. instant minced onion, 3 tbsp. melted margarine, divided, 3 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine squash, onion, 1 tablespoon margarine, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour milk over 1 cup bread crumbs.
Set aside for 3 minutes.
Then stir into squash mixture.
Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine remaining bread crumbs and margarine.
Spoon over squash.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
