Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. cooked squash, drain well then mash before measuring, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and 1 medium onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine and blend with stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the mixture in baking dish that has been coated with a nonstick spray. In a bowl mix cooked mashed squash, soup, sour cream, onion and water chestnuts.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Top squash mixture with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
