Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked squash, drained, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash with salt, pepper and onion.
Drain well.
Mix chicken soup and sour cream with squash.
Add grated carrot to squash mixture.
Melt oleo in a pan and mix dressing mix in oleo. Pat half in bottom of dish.
Pour squash mixture on top of dressing crust.
Sprinkle remainder of dressing mix on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
