Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. herb stuffing, 1/4 c. oleo, melted, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small bowl, combine stuffing and oleo.
Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mixture.
In a 2-quart baking dish, spread remaining stuffing mixture.
In bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir in squash and carrot.
Spread soup mixture over stuffing mixture.
Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
