Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. squash, 2 large onions, salt to taste, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil squash, onions and salt until tender.
Drain and add chicken soup, celery soup, sour cream, pimentos, salt, pepper and grated cheese (optional).
Mix stuffing mix and margarine. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
Put 1/2 dressing mix in bottom of dish.
Pour squash mixture in pan and top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
