Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. yellow squash, 1/4 small onion, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sliced squash and onion together in saucepan in small amount of water until tender.
Cool and drain.
Add beaten egg, 1 cup stuffing, milk, sugar, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.
Add squash mixture to dish.
Top with stuffing and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
