Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 1 medium onion, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dice squash and onion; cook in a little water with salt, pepper and butter on low for 15 minutes.
Drain water; add sour cream and undiluted soup.
Add 1/2 cup butter to stuffing.
Add one-half of stuffing mixture to squash mixture, reserving one-half for top.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and sprinkle with remaining stuffing.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
