Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 4 c. butter flavored cracker crumbs, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese (reserving 1/2 to 1 c. for garnish), 1 small onion, grated and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thinly slice squash.
Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with reserved cheese, if desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
This makes an even better tasting dish when rewarmed the next day.
