Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 10 small tender squash, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 bag mild shredded cheese and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash squash, then cut into small slices.
Spray large skillet with Pam and fry bacon really crisp.
After bacon fries, cook squash and onion in bacon grease.
When squash and onion are tender, add soup.
Heat until soup is hot, then pour into a casserole dish.
Spread cheese on top of mixture, then crumble bacon over the top.
Bake at 325Β° until cheese bubbles.
Cool and serve.
