Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. squash, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. minced onion and 2 tbsp. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash, chop in small pieces.
Combine with bread crumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, salt, eggs and pepper.
Put into buttered casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° until brown on top. Just before end of baking, sprinkle grated cheese on top and let melt.
