Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with or 6 squash, cream of chicken soup, c. diced onions, ritz crackers and grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut squash up and parboil until tender; drain.
Add soup and onions to squash.
Add several pats of margarine and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until mixed.
Pour part of mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
Spread crumbled Ritz crackers over mixture, then spread a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat, finishing with cheese on top.
Cover and bake at about 400Β° until bubbling through.
Take cover off and let cook about 10 minutes more.
