Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 c. grated cheese (cheddar), 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. chopped onion and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook squash and onion until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add margarine and eggs.
Mix well.
Add 3/4 cup cracker crumbs and milk and blend well.
Add most of the cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).
Top with the rest of the cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
