Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 yellow squash (sliced), 1 medium chopped onion, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. velveeta cheese (chopped in cubes), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash and onions, drain and mash.
Add cheese, eggs, butter and crushed crackers.
Mix well and put in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until firm in center.
