Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. tender yellow squash, 2 medium onions, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. cornstarch and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sliced squash and sliced onions together in small amount of water.
When done, add 2 beaten eggs and cornstarch (dissolved in milk) to squash mixture.
Brown crushed bread or cracker crumbs in butter sprinkle over top.
Cook until bubbly.
