Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 38 minutes. Made with c. cooked squash, drain well then mash before measuring, cream of mushroom soup, c. sour cream, sliced water chestnuts, drained and medium onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine and blend with stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the mixture in baking dish that has been coated with a nonstick spray. In a bowl mix cooked mashed squash, soup, sour cream, onion and water chestnuts.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Top squash mixture with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
