Made with 2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked, drained yellow or green squash, 1 large onion (may be cooked with squash), 1 stick margarine, 1 c. warm cottage cheese and 1 roll round cheese flavored crackers, crushed (save some for topping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend all ingredients well.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
