Made with 2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix squash, soup, eggs, cheese, onion, seasonings and 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle melted butter on top.
