Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. partially cooked yellow squash, salt and pepper to taste, 1 grated carrot, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream and soup.
Melt butter in pan and mix in stuffing.
Take 1/2 of stuffing out of pan.
Pour in squash and top with other 1/2 of stuffing.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Make in a 2-quart casserole dish.
