Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 onion, sliced, 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.), 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook sliced squash and onion until just tender.
Drain thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add sour cream and soup; mix together.
