Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium sized yellow squash, 1 medium onion, 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 c. stove top cornbread stuffing mix and 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut squash and onion into desired size pieces, then cook together until tender.
Place half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish, greased with butter.
Add soup to mixture and pour in mixture and remaining stuffing mix on top.
Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
