Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 8 oz. pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing, 2 lb. squash, 3/4 c. onion, chopped and 2 grated carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and pour over stuffing.
Line bottom of casserole with half of stuffing mixture.
Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes.*
Drain.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Stir in carrots.
Fold in squash.
Pour over stuffing in casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
