Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cooked squash, 1 small jar (4 oz.) pimento, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm corn bread stuffing and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain squash.
Add vegetables, sour cream and soup.
Mix well. In serving dish, mix stuffing and butter.
Line bottom with stuffing, reserving enough to sprinkle on top.
Add squash mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
