Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 medium size yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, diced, 8 oz. sour cream, 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese and ritz crackers, crumbled (approximately 2 rolls), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil squash and onions until tender.
Drain well and mix with sour cream.
Layer in casserole dish as follows
1 layer squash, 1 layer cheese and 1 layer crumbled Ritz crackers.
Repeat layers, ending with crackers.
Dot top with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
