Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. squash, 1 to 2 onions, salt and pepper to taste, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese and kraft soft margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil together squash and onions and drain.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Use about 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese cut into fairly thick slices.
Make a layer over squash.
Take Kraft soft margarine (must be Kraft) and put a thick layer over cheese.
Crush a roll of Town House crackers and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
This can also be used for broccoli.
