Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 yellow squash, sliced, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 can tomato soup and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry squash in "Fryin Magic" coating.
Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons butter.
Add tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water.
Alternate layers of fried squash and tomato soup mixture.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top off with grated Cheddar cheese; put in oven until cheese melts.
Makes approximately 8 servings.
