Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium yellow squash, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 c. ritz crackers, crumbled, 1/2 light cream or evaporated milk and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice squash and cook with onions in water until soft. Drain.
Add crumbs, butter, almost all of the cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cream and mix in with squash mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450Β° until done, about 25 to 30 minutes.
