Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (8 small squash), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Squash until tender, then drain real good. Mash.
Add salt, pepper, butter, cracker crumbs, sugar, 1/2 cup cheese, milk and egg.
Stir until blended.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
