Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced squash, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/4 stick margarine and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender.
Drain and mash with a fork.
Add cheese and margarine while squash is hot. Add egg and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
