Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 medium squash, 1 medium onion, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 stick melted margarine and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make cornbread and bake.
Cut up squash and onion in pan and cook these two together until very tender.
Drain the water off of squash, then mash very well.
Can put into food processor.
Mix this together with cornbread, beaten eggs, cream of chicken soup and other ingredients in buttered casserole dish.
Mix well.
Bake at 350Β° in oven for 30 to 50 minutes until top is brown.
