Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. or 6 c. squash, sliced, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. sliced or shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook carrots and onions first, then add squash for final 5 minutes.
Combine soup and sour cream.
In a separate dish, combine butter and stuffing mix.
Take 1/2 squash mixture and put in bottom of casserole, then add 1/2 stuffing mixture.
Alternate layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
