Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash (about), 1 1/2 tbsp. grated or chopped onion, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. s. milk and 1 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook squash until tender.
Mash and add onion, salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs, milk and crumbs.
Put into a casserole sprayed with Pam.
Top with cheese and a few cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° in oven until set, lightly brown or cheese melts.
