Mix all ingredients over medium heat until mixture comes to a light boil.
Turn down and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
This mixture will cover about 70 small meatballs.
Cook meatballs and pour sauce over and mix until each meatball is covered with sauce.
Keep warm in crock-pot.
