Spud's Pecan Pie
Spud'S Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 eggs, beaten, 4 tbsp. margarine, melted and 1 c. dark karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350°. In mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and cornstarch.
Add syrups, butter, and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Place pecans in bottom of pie crust and pour filling over.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
