Spritz Cookies
Spritz Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 egg yolks, 2 tsp. vanilla and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add unbeaten egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly each time.
Add vanilla, flour, salt and baking powder.
Put through a cookie press.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 12 dozen cookies.
