Spritz Cookies
Spritz Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (not margarine), 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk and 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream the butter with vanilla extract; gradually add the sugar until fluffy.
Add the egg yolk and beat thoroughly.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the creamed mixture in fourths.
Mix until blended after each addition.
Fill mixture into cookie press and form cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.

5 dozen.
