Spring Rhubarb Cobbler
Spring Rhubarb Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 4 c.) and 1 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in the margarine and stir in the milk, pecans and orange peel.
Drop biscuits on top of rhubarb mixture and bake in hot oven for about 25 minutes.
