Spring Cauliflower Scallop
Spring Cauliflower Scallop is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked cauliflower, drained, 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup, 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Separate cauliflower into flowers.
Place in shallow baking dish, 10 x 6 x 2-inches.
Blend soup, milk and cheese.
Pour over cauliflower. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.
