Spoon Rolls
Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. warm water, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. melted oleo and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
A large mixing bowl, stir together yeast and sugar. Add
2 cups of flour and warm water.
Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Add remaining flour, oleo and egg.
Beat again. Place greased cover and refrigerate. When ready to use, fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at
400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Extra batter will keep several days.
Makes about 3 dozen.
