Spoon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cornmeal, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 c. milk and 4 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cornmeal, margarine and 3 cups milk in saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Blend eggs, salt and remaining milk.
Add to cornmeal mixture.
Mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake 45 minutes at 400Β°.
